Christmas In July This Friday Night

This Friday July 14th we are hosting a night of fun for a good cause. It's our Christmas in July Couples Night and Toy Drive in support of our Sauble FireFighters Association. It's a good chance to introduce your friends to the golf club and new golfers to the game.

At 4:30 Friday we gather, dressed in our Christmas-best and decorate our power carts look fabulous, then at 5:30 we past our of judges as we head out to play a 9 Hole "Shamble". After our game we all head in for a fabulous roast turkey dinner, with all of the fix'ns and some very yummy desserts. (What is a "Shamble" - It's a 2-person game. On the Tee-Box each person takes their first shot then, like a "Scramble" they pick the best ball placement of the 2 shots, but from that point on, each player plays their own ball to finish each hole.)

As usual, Members don't pay to golf and in this case, their cart is included as well. All that is needed for Members is to pay for their meal, which is our usual Couples Night rate: $45 per couples. Singles just pay $22.50 for dinner. The Public is welcome to this event and pay Couples Night rate only $50 couple for Golf & Cart and $45 per couple for dinner. ***Please bring a new unwrapped toy as well to add to our Toy Drive for the Sauble FireFighters.
